Writing from the Heart 我手寫我心 2025

我手寫我心係一個用粵文寫作嘅兒童、青少年徵文活動。第一屆於 2025 年舉辦，有九個地區小朋友參與。 喺四十幾篇投稿裏面，三位評審揀出 18 篇優秀作品、配以粵拼、英文翻譯、專業聲演然後集合成書以及本網頁。

Writing from the Heart is a Cantonese writing initiative for 5-18 years old youth that started in 2025. From over 40 submissions, three judges selected 18 works. These are then translated in English, annotated with Jyutping, narrated by professional voice-actors, and form the content of an anthology, as well the page you are reading.

附語音、粵拼、翻譯嘅粵文創作，對教師、語言學習者均有所廣益而坊間罕見。有見及此，除咗精美嘅全文合集，我哋亦提供各故事聲檔，用加大粵拼顯示、方便印刷嘅單一故事。

是次活動，由粵語愛爾蘭、舊金山龍門出版社、及香港粵語工房聯合籌備贊助。粵語工房謹代表籌備單位感謝各小朋友、家長、學校教師踴躍參與，三位評審黎智豐博士、劉擇明教授、及謝傲霜女士 百忙抽空，配音員黃妙嫦、曾涴霖，以及各協辦機構不懈推廣。

Cantonese writing with translation, co-located Jyutping annotation, and supported by professional audio is remarkably useful learning material, but remains somewhat of a rarity. We thus provide not only the complete anthology, but also individual stories and audio on this page, in various formats useful for learning and teaching.

Writing from the Heart was sponsored and organized by Cantonese in Ireland, Dragon Men publishing (San Francisco), and canto.hk (Hong Kong). 實體書可與加州龍門出版社訂購，收益將捐贈予美國紅十字會。

Eighteen stories written by youths around the world, in parallel Cantonese-English with full Jyutping annotation. This electronic version is 46 pages PDF for printing on A4-paper. Each story is accompanied by a QR-code linking to the read-along audio.
