【粵語字體･黑體字形】裏面有 二萬九千多漢字、概括三萬九千幾種讀法。每次顯示漢字嘅時候，粵拼都會隨之而嚟。常規粵拼用數字代表聲調，比較抽象又趕客；粵語字體嘅粵拼附有高低平仄標示，一目了然。

The whole set of the Hei (黑體, San Serif) font-family.  Each font includes 29,137 characters and their 39,480 readings. The characters are annotated with colored Jyutping and tone-marks to visually indicate pitch and inflection.

教育字體嘅漢字由昭源黑體改造。二萬九千字，可以完美表達廣東話講到嘅字，包括香港特別用字（例如：邨 𨋢 𡁜）、簡體/日文漢字（如：廣 広 广），亦可以標示多音節漢字（如：卅）。

The Chinese glyphs are adapted from the Chiron Hei project.  This includes Hong Kong and Cantonese specific characters (e.g., 邨 𨋢 𡁜), Simplified Chinese and Japanese Hanzi glyphs (e.g., 廣 広 广), and provides also poly-syllabic Jyutping.

廣東話常有一字多音、變調，坊間粵拼生成嘅表表者都 28-錯-1。粵語字體嘅繁體中文準繩度係 300-錯-1，無論口語或者書面語都可以兼顧。效果等同先聘請粵語專家、再請設計師排版。標示粵拼嘅時候，唔單只可以處理破讀，亦會兼顧半規則變調、經典文言文用法、及香港術語。

The annotations are contextually adjusted in real time, and achieves a state-of-the-art 99.7% accuracy on modern Traditional Chinese texts.  Our algorithm considers linguistic variations, habitual tone-shifts, extended contexts, and historical and cultural contexts, and the Font handles both colloquially and literal texts with… flying  but organized colors.  You no longer need to hire a specialist–linguist, and a designer, and wait for a week.

粵語字體安裝簡單快捷，只需要兩鍵、一分鐘樓下搞掂。可以喺 Win 11, 蘋果電腦, 或 iOS 不同軟件內使用，為你已經用緊嘅工序添新色彩。下載項目並附上 Chrome 瀏覽器 Stylebot 嘅延伸格式；如是者，喺任何中文網頁都可以實時睇到粵拼，包括 YouTube/Vimeo 字幕、Spotify 歌詞、或今日新聞。以後教學就唔需要依賴 n 年前辛苦做落嘅文章。

The fonts installs in two clicks, and can be used to prepare notes, graphics, and presentations in a range of software on MacOS, Windows 11, and iOS.  Styles are also provided for browsing the internet with Chrome; in this way, Jyutping can be automatically placed over Chinese characters, with the styling customizable on a site-by-site basis.

彩色粵語字體比較… 霸道，每個字形變體需要 200-400 Mb 嘅容量。所以下載項目亦都提供黑白版本，適合 iPhone / iPad，或者只可以顯示黑白嘅 e-reader (如 Kindle, Kobo Libra) 使用。

Lighter, black-and-white-only versions are additionally provided.  This stripped-down version is considerably lighter and intended for use in mobile devices (e.g., iPhones and iPads) as well as monochrome eReaders (e.g., Kobo Libra).

  • 打 {saying: 數字}，就可以循難易度召喚一百五十條熟語。熟語庫係根據香港中小學中文課程編配，下載時並附 PDF 檔案以供即時瀏覽使用。collection of sayings 熟語 accessed by typing {saying: 99} (or other numbers).  The collection includes all sayings that are part of the Hong Kong Chinese education curriculum.
  • 打 {pun: 數字}，就可以召喚四百餘條歇後語，並可以加上 ? 自行選擇上、下句。下載時並附 PDF 檔案以供即時瀏覽使用。collection of “puzzle puns” 歇後語 accessed by typing {pun: 333} (or other numbers).  The punchlines are accessed with {pun: 333 ?}.  The collection includes 425 sets of selected sandwich puns.

  • 廣東話句末助詞眾多，可以完全改變句子意思，而坊間收集好多時有殘缺。用緊粵語字體嘅時候，只需要打 {final: 數字}，就可以列出粵語嘅句末助詞；加上 ex 就可以顯示例句。Collection of final particles (喇 啦 啊 喎…) with examples, accessed by typing {final: 44} (and examples by {final: 44 ex}).  The collection of 48 is a comprehensive set.
  • 中文名詞前必須使用量詞，而量詞必須配合名詞（「兩張蘋果」係錯㗎！）。用緊粵語字體嘅時候，只需要打 {measure: 數字}，就可以列出粵語嘅百多個量詞；加上 ex 就可以顯示例句、加上 ? 就可以睇到簡短嘅英文解釋。collection of measure/classifier words 量詞, with brief explanations and examples, accessed by typing {measure: 55}, {measure: 55 ?}, and {measure: 55 ex} respectively.  The collection of 130 is arranged in usage, with the most important ones first.

  • 〖常體〗與〖無粵拼〗字形變體同出一轍，除咗粵拼標示之外並無分別。兩種交互使用時，就可以做出選擇性標示粵拼嘅效果。〖常體〗與〖無粵拼〗可以用 cmd-I / ctrl-I 鍵盤功能鍵快速切換。 Regular and No Jyutping shares exact dimensions and are identical except for Jyutping annotation.  Used together, they create an effect of selective Jyutping display and can better focus the eye on what is new/difficult for the learner.  These two font variants can be quickly exchanged using the keyboard shortcut cmd-I / ctrl-I, and the overall effect is that Jyutping can be toggled on and off with one keystroke.

The fonts are licensed as SIL Open Fonts.  This means you can use them for commercial works, perpetually, without needing separate licensing, and you do not need to ask for permission.  You do not even need to attribute this project in your works.

• 同「普及通」裏面嘅【黑體字形・常體】有乜嘢分別呀？How does this differ with the Hei / Regular (Community Pass)?
  • The Hei full font-family includes three more fonts, Bold, Large Jyutping and No Jyutping.  The Bold and Large Jyutping are functionally identical, and only differ in appearance.  The No Jyutping variant, when used in conjunction with the Regular variant, lets you produce works with Jyutping selectively toggled on.
  • 【黑體字形家族】有多〖粗體〗、〖大粵拼〗同埋〖冇粵拼〗三套字形。〖粗體〗、〖大粵拼〗同常體功能完全一樣，只係粵拼較大、漢字較細（見上圖）。〖冇粵拼〗可以同常體交互使用，做到選擇性標示粵拼嘅效果。
• 同【教育字體】【傳承字體】有乜嘢分別呀？How does this differ with the Hei or Heritage font-families?
