A problem set for IBDP Chemistry (HL/SL) with ten data-based questions. Each question corresponds to one prescribed experiments in the 2023 syllabus, which are examined in Paper 1 Part B. Questions contains original illustrations, graphs, and data. Each question is [10] can be completed in 15 minutes, and are formatted in the same style as IB examination papers.
Detailed hand-annotated answers are provided.
This resource is one-of-a-kind (as of now!) and prepared to help teachers have some materials for teaching or testing the new syllabus. With the purchase, you can print and photocopy both questions and answers for use with all your students.
This problem set was prepared by Dr Jon Chui, an experienced IBDP Chemistry teacher. He served for several years as a senior examiner for the 2016-23 Paper 3 (where data-based questions were placed), initiated and managed the unofficial Teacher Resource Exchange, and developed teacher-training workshops for the IBO.
